Cloud Architect JOB SUMMARY:

As Cloud Architect, you are an integral member of a team of talented committed to developing world-class Internet services that will revolutionize the mobile Internet industry. Directly contributing to Company's strong drive to be on the cutting edge of technology, you will lead the development and deployment of the company’s Admin servers and overall server’s scalability for company’s cloud on a combination of AWS/S3 and private clouds in various geographies around the world

Cloud Architect JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cloud Architect will architect and lead the development of Company's Scalable Cloud solution.
• Cloud Architect will build and lead the operations of the Company's Cloud on combination of AWS/S3 and other public private clouds in various geographies worldwide (US, Europe, S. America and Asia)
• Cloud Architect will be responsible for ownership of company’s Admin servers based on a large set of Java and MySQL development and its NoSQL extensions supporting functionalities from registration, authentication, to social networks, and self help
• Cloud Architect will lead the roadmap to scalability based on Sharding and NoSQL platforms as necessary to support 100M+ subscribers
• Cloud Architect will lead the integration with Mobile Network Operators
• Cloud Architect will collaborate with the Verification and Q&A team for end-to-end testing between the client and servers. This involves owning the code from inception through integration, staging and production environments.
• Cloud Architect will be responsible for scalability and security of subscribers data on company cloud

Desired Skills & Experience

Cloud Architect REQUIRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCES:

• Cloud Architect will have proven and strong track record in leading the development and deployment of at least one Personalized Internet service for 10M+ consumers.
• Cloud Architect will have proven and strong and recent track record in building highly scalable Internet services and the operations team to run them on Amazon AWS and other public Clouds
• Cloud Architect will have knowledge of Hadoop related projects such as Cassandra, HBase, Hive, Pig and ZooKeeper
• Cloud Architect will have proficiency in J2EE - Application Servers JBoss / Tomcat
• Cloud Architect will have hands-on implementation experience designing for redundancy to avoid single point of failure in solutions.
• Cloud Architect will have experience in implementing and deploying high-throughput J2EE/Linux production systems
• Cloud Architect must have 8+ years of experience. Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership with a team of 5+.

Cloud Architect PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

• Cloud Architect should have hands-on experience in building large social networks

Cloud Architect EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Cloud Architect must have BS in CS (MS preferred)

Cloud Architect DESIRED PRODUCT EXPERIENCE:

• Cloud Architect should have experience with the following product lines - Google, Facebook, eBay, Zynga, Amazon, Twitter, AdSense, Yahoo, Social Gaming, Ad Networking, Web Media, Social Networking, Consumer based E-Commerce
