STI Innsbruck is a research institute at the University of Innsbruck engaged in research and development of semantic technologies, with a current focus on scalable on-line communication based on machine-processable semantics. Senior Developer and Leader for the Semantic Communication Engine Innsbruck

(40 hours/week)

The annual gross salary for this full time position begins at: EUR 56.000 (depending on qualifications)

We expect

Excellent knowledge and interest in programming of Ruby on Rails (PHP and Java are a plus)

Excellent knowledge and experience in software design and architecture

Strong desire and proven ability to lead a software development team

Good knowledge of Content Management Systems, i.e. Drupal

Good knowledge of semantic technologies

Successfully completed Masters in Computer Science, or a related area

Fluent in English
