Pooled Campus Drive for HCL - TECH SUPPORT - Chennai - 27th February 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to inform you that we will be organizing a pooled campus recruitment drive (for 2012 graduating students) on 27th  February, 2012 at Chennai, involving the students from multiple campuses.

  

In association with FELIP, we would like to launch a series of similar initiatives with a purpose of serving the larger cause of the learning and  placement of engineering students. We contacted many potential employers for this initiative and we are happy to inform you that HCL has consented to conduct interviews on 27th February, 2012. 

HCL is looking for the best candidates matching the requirements for its non-IT division, which involves Global Technical Consulting, Back office processing in Logistics, Digitization in Publishing and Financial Accounting & Analytical assignments.

Position: TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER (Voice)

Prerequisites

Process         : Tech Support – USA & UK Based - 100 % Voice

Designation    : Technical Support Officer (TSO)

Education       : Diploma (3yrs after +2)/ Any Graduates 

Experience     :  0 - 24 months of experience in an International BPO (Voice)

Location        :  Chennai

Salary           : 1.79 Lakhs to 2.24 Lakhs per Annum

• 3. Good communication (English) and should have Basic Computers & Internet knowledge
• 4. Maximum age limit is 35 years as on 01.01.2012
• 5. A candidate fulfilling all these criterions will be selected and will be posted in Chennai.

Guidelines to the College:

1. PRO/ Placement Officer of the College should communicate about the Campus Drive to existing students (final year students just about to graduate)

2. Those graduating out in 2012 with nil arrears as on date alone will be considered for screening.

3. Candidates should be willing to join the company by June 2012. Only students with NOC (No Objection Certificate) obtained from the college Principal would be considered for an offer.
