Requirement Detail:
Must have skills (technology & domain):
1. Must be a BE in Comp Sc/Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation.
2. Should be very strong in communication skills.
3. Should have experience in working with global teams and architecting J2EE/ EJB based solutions – at least end to end architecture of 3-4 projects
4. Should have strong expertise in Webservices and SOA based solutions
5. Should have strong knowledge in Cloud SaaS based solutions in AWS or Azure or Google App engine. Ecalyptus is preferred!
6. Should have the ability to solve problems and lead by example.
Job description:
7. Design , Implement and unit test Software Requirements with zero defects.
8. Set the right customer expectations and continually exceed them.
9. Generate Proof of Concepts, publish technology whitepapers
10. Perform Peer review activities and drive process quality compliance.
11. Provide technical assistance to team members as needed.
12. This is a 90% hands on and 10% project management position.
13. Take complete ownership of this new engagement and be instrumental in setting up an offshore team for the customer at Bangalore
14. Willing to work independently in ad-hoc environment, and be able to sustain to build a core focus area for the team
15. Should have strong focus on technology trends and help contribute towards shaping the practice strategy and vision
