IEEE to host second international conference on CCEM
IEEE, the world's largest professional organization advancing technology for humanity, has announced its second IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing for Emerging Markets (CCEM) in India, taking place in Bangalore 16-18 October, 2013.
During the three-day event, which will bring together the industry, government, and academic leaders in cloud computing from across the world, Dr. Sam Pitroda, chairman of the National Innovation Council for India, will unveil a white paper on "Roadmap for Cloud computing innovation in India". Grise, Future Directions senior Program director, IEEE Cloud Computing Initiative: "This conference provides a platform for key stakeholders involved in the Indian cloud ecosystem and the success of the first edition points to the relevance and need for such a platform. The focus on innovation in this conference comes from rapid increase in adoption of cloud services in India, which is why we have also added elements like Startup Showcase and Demos Session to this year's event."
