1.      Analyst trainee

Designation: Analyst trainee

Role: IT Infrastructure Support

Functional Area: Application Programming

Educational qualification: B.E./B. Tech 2014 Pass out

Industry Type: IT- Software services

Work Location: Delhi NCR- Noida

Salary Package: INR 1.50 LPA to 1.77 LPA

Skills Required:

ü  B-Tech Graduate ( Passing Year 2014)
ü  No Prior work experience required.
ü  Good command in spoken & Written English.
ü  Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.

Job description:

Ø  To support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work, backup and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks when required.
Ø  To support and monitor the Foundation's internal networks and links to regional offices, other sites or the Internet, and to ensure they are configured and working correctly.
Ø  To plan, manage and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades to meet Foundation goals.
Ø  To respond to 2nd Line Help Desk calls and planned work requests. To manage such items through to resolution or escalate them to another member of the team or the Infrastructure Manager.
Ø  To liaise with external suppliers and support agencies for the ongoing support and maintenance of relevant hardware and software.
Ø  To ensure that all work and changes are performed in such a way as to minimize all disruption to existing business use.
Ø  To assist in keeping track of the Foundation's infrastructure assets and ensure that the infrastructure and data is kept secure at all times.
Ø  To mentor junior infrastructure support staff.
Ø  To assist in designing and documenting infrastructure processes, procedures and standards and to maintain or prepare system and software documentation as directed.
Ø  To perform activities in a productive, timely and effective manner.
Ø  To maintain appropriate records of time spent, actions taken and item status to facilitate management, future problem resolution and to keep users informed of progress.
Ø  To keep users up to date with progress and to liaise with colleagues and partners in an appropriate manner. To liaise with users regarding escalated issues and to agree appropriate courses of action and priorities.
Ø  To ensure that technology is used, managed and supported in accordance with Foundation standards, policies and procedures.
Ø  To work alongside colleagues within the IT Department on support, development and project work where directed.

2.      Software Engineer Trainee

Experience: 0-1 year

Criteria : The candidate:

ü  Must be part of a recognized B. Tech program of reputed university i.e. 2014 batch; CS/IT and EC students
ü  Must have scored 60% or higher from class X on-wards
ü  Should have strong communication skills

Relocation is mandatory for candidates who are not living in vicinity of Noida area.

Selection Process:

1.      Written Aptitude Test
2.      Telephonic/HR Interview
3.      F2F Technical Interview
4.      Final F2F Interview

Salary Package: INR 1.80 LPA for probation period and INR 3.00 LPA after the completion of probation period

3.      Associate Software programmer

Experience required: Fresher 2014

Educational Qualification: B. Tech CS/IT 2014 Only

Designation: Associate Software programmer

Functional Area: Application Programming

Work Location: Noida

Job Description:

• Good programming skills.
• Basic knowledge of Database.
• Basic idea of C,C++, Java. 
• Should have good understanding of computer science fundamentals, Algorithm, Data Structures, problem solving & basic coding.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only B. Tech(CS/IT)2013-2014.
• Must have 80% in 10th & 12th Standard (if ICSE / CBSE board pass out) & 75% in 10th & 12th Standard (if state board pass out).*60% & above in B. Tech.
• Please do not apply if you don't fulfill the criteria.

Salary Package: INR 2.16LPA to INR 2.64LPA
