Work Location: IBM India, Bangalore on the payroll of Artech Infosystems, India, http://www.artechinfo.in/

Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Job Requirement is as follows:

Fresher who has completed their graduation (10+2+3/4) and has good command on English(Fluency, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Comprehension & thought process)
Neutral Accent
Must be willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
Cab facility will be provided between 7 pm to 7 am.
Awareness of basic Computer skills (Good to have knowledge of Networking, Server &

System concepts).

Required to provide on-call support/ voice process support
The resource should be comfortable to work in rotational shift
Work location: Bangalore
Selected resource need to join with in 1 week from the date of confirmation from IBM.

Job Role: Work will involve providing Voice & e-mail support to IBM Internal End Users and external commercial account end users worldwide.

Job Profile:

ü International Voice/Semi Voice
ü Resolving Technical Queries over phone/mails
ü Dealing with Clients across the globe

Package: Ranges between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000/month.

5.      15 years of formal education is mandatory
