The Job Exchange and Skills portal bridges the gap between the Employers, Job Seekers and Educational Campus and offers Skill Programs to job seekers thus helping in bridging the gap in their skills and the industry requirements. The portal aims at facilitating a platform for direct contact between the Employers, Job Seekers and Educational institutions. Job Exchange and Skills, is an initiative of CMC Academy, the Education and Training division of CMC Limited, a TATA Enterprise and a subsidiary of TCS Limited.
