Note:
1.     We are planning to hold an event on 20th August, Saturday, for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. Hence all referrals have to be uploaded before 17th August, Wednesday, for us to get time to screen and invite them for the weekend event.
2.     There will be no referral bonus for on-boards at ASE level.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualifications: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th standard exams and 3-year full time graduation degree {only B.Sc (any discipline) or BCA}

Relevant Work Experience: 12 months (minimum) to 18 months (maximum) with any tier 1 IT organization (as per Accenture's definition) in either Java or Oracle PL/SQL skill

Technical Skill: Java skill (Java Enterprise Edition / Enterprise Java Beans / Java Servlet / Hibernate / Java Server Pages) OR Oracle PL/SQL skill

How does one refer?

  • Please refer to the above mentioned open position.
  • If your friend's profile matches any of the mentioned requirements, log on to https://employeereferrals.accenture.com
  • Search for open positions by entering - [primary skill] [location] [level] in the search area.
  • Select the position you want to refer and upload the profile.
  • Once the profile is successfully uploaded – you would get an auto generated mail with a unique CID number for the candidate.
  • You can use the CID number to track the status of the referred candidate.
