Job Description
Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (Cisco TAC) is responsible for providing industry leading post-sale technical support worldwide for customers of medium to large scale networks. TAC engineers are experts in their field who are responsible and empowered to provide solutions to some of the most complex networking issues.
We are looking to recruit Graduates keen to develop their career in networking, who are not afraid of change, and eager to grasp complex challenges. Graduates will be trained in-house and will working side by side with seasoned engineers. You will have the opportunity to learn about the Cisco business which will be a great start to your career.
This is an opportunity for someone who possesses patience, empathy for customers, and the wish to hone skills whilst providing customer value.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will gain insight to the detailed functionality of Cisco's solutions, and partner with all the elements of the service chain.
  • Provide front line technical support to debug complex networking problems.
  • Be the focal point and owner of large account network problem resolution
  • Work on problems of diverse scope
Skills Required/Eligibility Criteria
  • Only engineering students from 2008/2009/2010 batch.
  • B.E/B.Tech from any of the below mentioned branch '
1.       Computer Science
2.       Information Technology
3.       Electronics and communication
4.       Electrical and Electronics
5.       Civil
6.       Mechanical
7.       Electronics and Instrumentation
8.       Biotechnology
9.       Electronics and Telecommunication
10.    Industrial and Production Engineering
  • B.E/B.Tech from 2008 & 2009 batch only with 60%and above in Engineering and with relevant work experience of 6 Months to 2 years in Technical Support or with CCNA.
  • 2010 batch only with 70% and above in Engineering and from top 50 colleges across the country
