We have practice of recruiting the fresh engineers who have passed out from the Colleges for sales as well as service of CNC machines and various other products. Presently we have 9 branches all over India. If you have any engineers who have passed out their final semester and are looking for job, we can give them internship and the selected engineers will undergo training at our training centre at Pune or at any of the customer's site or as may be decided by the management. After successful completion of training period of one year, if we find them suitable and hardworking, we will absorb them in our regular employment on the terms and conditions given to a permanent employee. They can also be posted near their home town, if required. However, the final decision will be at the management's discretion.
During their training period they will be paid Rs.7500/- with free accommodation and food facility. Once we establish that the engineers can be retained by us, we can send them abroad for further training at our principals' factories to gain additional technical knowledge so that he can take care of installation, commissioning and warranty services for the machines which we import from all over world and sell to Indian Companies.
