Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. MSCS desirable
-7+ years of experience developing enterprise class software with strong focus on performance, availability and scalability
-In-depth experience with Java/Spring, XML, Hibernate, JPA and REST Web services
-Experience dealing with scalability, availability and multi-tenancy requirements in SAAS environment, preferred
-Experience delivering solutions, as web applications and services using Java Script/HTML/Flex and Java/Spring is a must. Exposure to Scala based development is a plus
-Experience with AGILE and/or SCRUM method of project development
-In-depth experience with object oriented programming in a multi-threaded environment and with loosely coupled distributed systems highly desired
-Understanding of vSphere/vCloud Director APIs a big plus
-Strong leadership, people management and communication skills and well versed in managing conflicts and bringing technical resolution to open issues
-Strong analytical, software design and problem solving skills, attention to detail
-Proven track record recruiting and retaining top engineering talent
