UPSC exams: What are they?

UPSC stands for Union Public service commission. It is an organ of central government with a mandate to recruit people for various central departments. Starting from Indian Foreign service(IFS) through IAS, it conducts recruitment exams throughout the years. For most of the exams graduates including engineering are eligible. Rich Internet Application (RIA) is design and development of programs, application and utilities that exploit the features of web 2.0. Web 2.0 denotes that state of art web that is characterized by interactivity, ability to handle dynamic and multimedia content and animation features.
