To be successful in any venture be it an exam or sports or a stage performance, preparation and execution are two important components. While a good preparation necessarily increases the chance of performance the relation is not always straightforward. This is because prep is to be "tested" in varying real-time situations to know its strength and weakness. This testing is normal and accepted practice in virtually every field. Our cricketers have "warm up" matches and others have "rehersals".
The above observations are relevant to competitive exams such as CAT or IAS to name few. Realising this many agencies have started offering "mock" test services to CAT aspirants. One such service I came across recently is ECAT prep by MingleBox. A special test engine designed has the following features.
- In addition to provding student's individual result, it also helps them benchmark their performance with top scorers
- Helps them analyse thier performance in varying details.
CAT aspirants can check out this service at http://minglebox.com/
